malarstwo polskie i krótką charakterystykę prezentowanych malarzy, natomiast strony 3 -
5 obejmują malarstwo światowe
od XV do XX wieku. W malarstwie światowym starano się uporządkować obrazy wg daty urodzenia malarzy, przy tym
wybierano obrazy charakteryzujące życie dawnej wsi, które w krajach zachodnich
było nieco inne niż na polskiej wsi.
